1 General Terms

2 Account Registration

3 Age Verification and Identity

vvip strictly follows a 21+ policy. At any time, vvip may ask a member to submit the necessary documents for age and identity verification. vvip has the right to restrict deposits, withdrawals, or bonus privileges until verification is completed.

3.1 Protection of Minors

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Technical Errors

7 Account Suspension and Closure

If a member wishes to close their account, they may submit a request via live chat or email. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed before the account is closed.

7.2 Inactive Accounts

If there is no login or transaction for six consecutive months, the account will be marked as inactive. The balance of an inactive account will be retained, but re-verification of identity may be required to reactivate it.
